A. YOUR WORK AS AN AGENT

1. The main work of the agent is to promote the Magazine locally to Make Money from the Magazine.
2. The most important part of this work will be making & keeping contact with local Businesses directly
3. This is why we have structured such generous Commission for Agents of between 40 - 75%
4. We offer Free local advertising to Local Businesses in order to help provide you with prospects
5. You make money from Companies looking for advertising in Cities not local to their business
6. You make even more money from Companies seeking to advertise over the entire country
7. From first introduction, you will be able to make money from adverts for other cities or nationally
8. You can assist Companies by helping to market their business with Articles and charge your own Fee

B. YOUR FIRST TASKS

1. One of your first tasks is to contact local Companies with the offer of Free Local Advertising
2. This will enable you provide them with tangible benefit while you find out about their requirements
3. If the local company have a need for an internet marketing consultant, this is your route to income
4. You will be able to make money directly from the local company by helping them to write Articles
5. We provide you with the control panel to use in monitoring every activity in the local magazine
6. You will be able to build a portfolio of local Businesses that you can promote on the internet

C. STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT

1. As in every Business with External Agents, we will give good support to performing local Agents
2. The Kejsa Media network will give Structure to your business as a Local Magazine Agent
3. You are important as our local contact, we will therefore provide stability for your business
4. Local Magazine Agents will be expected to act as the local Editor of the City Magazine
5. We will monitor progress not only in Sales but also the Free Advertising Entries of local Companies

D. AGENCY FEES

1. No Agent will be allowed to sit on a local magazine without producing tangible INPUT in magazine
2. There will be no point in becoming a local Agent without trying to Make Money from the Network
3. An Agent does not have to reside in a City to become the Agent but requires knowledge of the City
4. Our terms are clear and for the first 200 Agents, there will be NO Registration or starting Fees
5. We reserve the right to levy an Annual Admin fee of $50.00 in order to keep only serious Agents
6. For incentive, we will look to waive the admin fee for high-performing agents - wherever possible

E. YOUR INCOME

1. We offer Free Local Advertising for businesses in their of Cities and Towns - No income from this
2. Companies can be converted to expand their market to the national area and therefore to upgrade
3. You will earn commission between 40 - 75% from advertising in other cities or across the country
4. Local businesses can therefore target other cities specifically or they can opt to cover the country
5. Advertising Sales can be made directly from the local Magazine site for which you will get 40% cut
6. You can also buy Advertising slots for sales, you will be able to buy at only 25% of the price
7. If you have a closer relationship with your clients and buy Ads for them, you can get 75% income
8. You are able to charge your own fees for writing articles for clients - between $50 to $400 per article
